Audi A6 air conditioning problem
Having been to a local specialist garage, the air conditioning fault persisted. I was informed that they would probably have to remove the dashboard; at this stage I decided to do some internet research and happened upon your website.
When I arrived you diagnosed the fault very quickly, without the need to remove the dashboard you managed to replace the faulty valve. At the time you asked whether the system had been recharged recently, when I replied yes you stated that like many garages not enough drying time had been allowed.
Subsequently you re-gassed and dried the system for a full 45 mins rather than the usual 15-20 mins as many garages do. The result is an air conditioning system that performs superbly.
I will be recommending the local garages to refer to you when they are presented with problematic air conditioning.

Porsche 911 996 air conditioning problem
I have a 911 996 which needed its air con refurbishing. I was really impressed with Gary who tested, diagnosed and rectified the problem quickly and with no fuss, bang on budget and on time!
Since June when it was fixed I have experienced no problems whatsoever and for an a/c system that is viewed as not particularly effective within the 911 family, I have to say I am really impressed with mine – it is incredibly effective and very cool when required.

BMW 320 Air Conditioning Issues
I am delighted with the level of service and repair that I received at AVACS to repair my BMW air conditioning.
After being told by a BMW main dealer that I needed new parts at a cost of £800, it was a wonderful surprise to learn from AVACS that I only needed the air conditioning system serviced, and no major new parts were required.
I left my BMW with them for the afternoon and whatever they did has repaired the air conditioning like it is new, and the horrible smell it used to make has completely gone!
I am absolutely delighted with the all round service, courtesy, honesty and above all, the price.
With all the optional extras that were agreed before work commenced. It came in exactly as quoted at a very reasonable £192. Which is a fraction of the BMW main dealer cost and far superior level of customer care and service!

Audi TT – Air-conditioning Repair
Having had my air con problem diagnosed by Audi (incorrectly as it turned out) I took my Audi TT to AVACS for what I hoped would be a less expensive fix.
AVACS diagnosed the problem properly and did fix it, new condenser and recharge, for a lot less than Audi were quoting. And they wouldn’t even have solved the real issue!
AVACS were brilliant in their service and subject knowledge, even got a decent loan car to use. I’m still waiting for Audi to respond properly to my complaint of miss-diagnosis and potential overcharging for work that never would have needed doing.
